We're Hiring
Rozier Pest Control & Waterproofing is a family company. When you join, you join the crew, not a corporate headcount. Most of our team has been here for years, and that is not an accident.
Why Rozier
We pay people fairly, train them properly, and treat them like adults. That's the model. It works.
Pay based on experience and performance. We benchmark against the industry and adjust accordingly.
Health benefits, paid time off, and additional coverage options for team members who work full time.
No experience in pest control? We'll train you. Experience in construction is helpful, not required.
Rozier is a family company. When you join the team you are part of a small crew, not a headcount. We work together every day.
Our crews work across southern Virginia and northern North Carolina. You're home at night.
We promote from within. Crew leaders, project managers, and estimators have all started on the tools.
