Financing
Monthly Payment Options for the Work Your Home Needs
Crawl space and waterproofing work is rarely something a homeowner planned for. If paying the whole cost up front is the thing standing in the way, you can apply for a monthly payment plan and see what you qualify for before you commit to anything.
Applications are handled by Hearth. Rozier Pest Control & Waterproofing is not a lender and does not decide who is approved.
How It Works
Four Steps, and You Can Stop at Any of Them
Get your inspection and estimate
Book a free inspection. We diagnose what is actually happening at your home and put the scope and the price in writing before you decide anything.
Check your options
Open the application and answer a short set of questions. Hearth reports that pre qualification takes about a minute and that checking your options does not affect your credit score.
Compare what comes back
Hearth shows you the monthly payment plans you qualify for, from its lending partners. You choose one or you walk away. There is no obligation either way.
We schedule the work
Once you are happy with the plan, we book the job. You deal with Rozier for the work and with your lender for the payments.
What It Covers
Any of Our Work Can Be Financed
There is no separate list of eligible services. If we can quote it, you can apply to finance it. In practice most people use it for the larger structural and moisture jobs.
Check Your Options- Crawl space encapsulation and vapor barrier installation
- Crawl space repair, structural support and drainage
- Basement waterproofing and sump pump installation
- Termite treatment and ongoing termite protection
- Pest prevention programs and rodent exclusion work
Questions
What Homeowners Ask Us About Financing
Does checking my options affect my credit score?
Hearth states that checking your options does not affect your credit score. The application on their site sets out how that works, and it is their process rather than ours, so read it there before you apply.
Who am I actually borrowing from?
Not from Rozier. Hearth connects you with its lending partners, and your agreement is with the lender you choose. We are paid for the work in the normal way. Your payment terms, interest and any fees are between you and that lender.
Do I have to use financing?
No. It is there for people who would rather spread the cost than pay in one go. If you would rather pay outright, that is completely fine and it changes nothing about the work or the price.
Can I get an estimate before I apply?
Yes, and we would rather you did. The inspection and the written estimate are free, and knowing the real number first means you are not guessing at an amount when you apply.
What if I am turned down?
That decision sits with the lenders, not with us, and we are not told the reasoning. Call us either way and we will talk through the scope. Sometimes the work can be staged so the urgent part happens first.
Two Ways to Start: Call Us, or Request an Estimate
Call and we will schedule your free inspection, or share a few details here and a local technician will follow up with you.
- A local technician on site, above and below the surface
- A complete walk through of what we found
- A clear estimate before anything is scheduled
- No cost, no obligation and no pressure
