Cockroach Control: Solutions and Next Steps
Each one is matched to what is actually causing the problem at your property, not to a standard package.
How We Choose a Cockroach Control Method
Cockroach work is mostly about food and harborage, and only then about product. Gel bait is the core method indoors, because roaches feed and then return to a harborage where the material continues to work. A residual perimeter treatment handles pressure arriving from outside. Sanitation and HEPA vacuum cleanout removes the population and the debris that is feeding it.
The order is the part that decides the result. Bait competes with whatever else is available, so a kitchen with accessible food and grease will absorb bait for weeks without the population dropping. Cleanout first, bait second is the sequence a technician follows, and the species changes the placement: German cockroaches stay close to warmth and moisture indoors, while the larger species that wander in from outside are a perimeter problem wearing the same name.
This page does not cover the structural moisture that can make a kitchen or a bathroom attractive to cockroaches. Where that is the cause, crawl space work may also be needed.

Learn moreA Local, Family Owned Team in South Hill
Rozier is a family owned, faith-driven company based in South Hill. Because moisture is what invites termites and rodents in the first place, real prevention starts below the surface.
We treat the infestation and correct the moisture conditions that caused it, instead of handing you to a second contractor.
Each home we visit is assessed through a pest lens and a moisture lens, because underneath a house they are the same problem.
We do not arrive with a predetermined treatment and a timer running. What we propose follows from what we find.
Children, pets and sensitive family members are part of the decision about what gets used and how it is applied.
