Termite Control: Solutions and Next Steps
Each one is matched to what is actually causing the problem at your property, not to a standard package.
How We Choose a Termite Treatment
Termite treatment divides by route. Foundation drilling and injection puts a treated zone in the soil and through the slab, for colonies arriving from the ground, which is how subterranean termites reach almost every house in this region. Direct wood treatment and foam injection goes into the damaged member and the void behind it, for activity that is already in the structure. Borate treatment goes onto sound, exposed wood, and it is a conditioning method rather than an answer to an active colony.
The inspection decides which, and it usually finds more than one is warranted. Mud tubes on a pier say one thing; hollow sounding wood in a band board says another; swarmers indoors in spring say the colony is mature and close. A technician also looks at what is keeping the wood wet, because a treated house with a wet crawl space is a house that stays attractive.
This page does not cover rebuilding wood that has already been damaged, and any guarantee about what a colony will do next.

Learn moreA Local, Family Owned Team in South Hill
Rozier is a family owned, faith-driven company based in South Hill. Because moisture is what invites termites and rodents in the first place, real prevention starts below the surface.
We treat the infestation and correct the moisture conditions that caused it, instead of handing you to a second contractor.
Each home we visit is assessed through a pest lens and a moisture lens, because underneath a house they are the same problem.
We do not arrive with a predetermined treatment and a timer running. What we propose follows from what we find.
Children, pets and sensitive family members are part of the decision about what gets used and how it is applied.
