Text Messages (SMS)

If you give us your phone number through a form on this website and check the consent box, you agree that we may send you text messages about your estimate, your appointment, and the work we are doing for you. We may also send occasional messages about seasonal treatments and service plans.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You can request an estimate, book an inspection, and receive service without agreeing to texts. If you leave the box unchecked, we will contact you by phone instead.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge you for the messages themselves.

You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP to any text from us. You will get one confirmation message and then no further texts, unless you opt in again. Reply HELP to any message, or call us at (434) 447-8953, if you need help.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, or your consent to be texted, with anyone for their own marketing purposes.

Calls

Calls to and from our offices may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance and training purposes.
