Fly Control: Solutions and Next Steps
Each one is matched to what is actually causing the problem at your property, not to a standard package.
How We Choose a Fly Control Method
A fly problem indoors is a reporting problem. The adults are the symptom; the breeding material is the cause, and it is usually within a short distance of where the flies are seen. Breeding source elimination is therefore usually what brings the problem to an end, and the other two support it: crawl space moisture correction where the source is standing water or saturated ground under the house, and an exterior residual treatment where the pressure is arriving from outside.
A technician identifies the fly before deciding anything. Small flies at a drain, cluster flies at a sunny upstairs window and filth flies around a bin are three different sources, and the treatment that suits one does nothing for another. Treating only the adult flies, without finding the material they came from, usually gives short relief.
This page does not cover the organic material in a drain line or on a neighboring property, which we can identify but cannot remove for you.

Learn moreA Local, Family Owned Team in South Hill
Rozier is a family owned, faith-driven company based in South Hill. Because moisture is what invites termites and rodents in the first place, real prevention starts below the surface.
We treat the infestation and correct the moisture conditions that caused it, instead of handing you to a second contractor.
Each home we visit is assessed through a pest lens and a moisture lens, because underneath a house they are the same problem.
We do not arrive with a predetermined treatment and a timer running. What we propose follows from what we find.
Children, pets and sensitive family members are part of the decision about what gets used and how it is applied.
