Pest Control in
Roanoke Rapids, NC
Pest control for homes across Roanoke Rapids and the rest of Halifax County, from our shop in South Hill. We look at the property through both the pest and the moisture lens on the same visit.
How We Approach Pest Control Here
We inspect first, identify what you actually have, and treat the conditions letting it in.
Rozier Pest Control & Waterproofing provides year round pest protection for homes and businesses across southern Virginia and northern North Carolina. Our approach is integrated pest management rather than broad spraying: a technician inspects the property, identifies the species and the pressure points, and builds a treatment plan around what your home actually needs. Because excess moisture is what draws most pests under a house in the first place, every property we visit is evaluated through both a pest lens and a moisture lens. That is the advantage of working with one team that handles both. You get a clear explanation of what we found, what we recommend, and what it will cost, before any work begins.

Lakeside property behaves differently to in town property. Here is what we plan around.
Forested Lakeside Lots
Tree cover and leaf litter hold moisture against the foundation and keep mosquito pressure high right through the season.
Lake Humidity
Shade and water keep soil damp long after open ground has dried, which is exactly the condition termites and rodents look for.
Seasonal Homes
Houses that sit empty for stretches give rodents time to settle in and let small crawl space problems grow quietly.
Pest Control Methods We Use in Roanoke Rapids
- Exterior Perimeter Power Spray The exterior treatment that does most of the work of keeping insects out of the house, applied at every scheduled visit on the program.
- Interior Perimeter Treatment An interior treatment follows the edges of the rooms where insects actually travel, and it is done when there is a reason to.
- Pest Baiting Systems A bait is food the pest carries home, which is how it reaches a colony or nest that no spray can get to.
- Pest Exclusion and Gap Sealing Exclusion closes the openings insects and rodents are actually using, so fewer of them reach the inside in the first place.
